By accessing and using Bride Kit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bride Kit is a tool that allows makeup artists to create and share product recommendation pages with their clients. The Service includes features for organizing product libraries, creating shareable pages, and optional integration with affiliate marketing services.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. For paid subscriptions:

  • Billing occurs monthly on your subscription date
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to harm the Service
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Share your account with others or create multiple free accounts
  • Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. Product images and information are the property of their respective owners.

7. Affiliate Links

If you use the ShopMy integration feature, you are responsible for complying with applicable disclosure requirements for affiliate marketing. We are not responsible for any affiliate relationships or commissions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
